What is a club?
A club is an AUK student organization with an approved constitution, an executive board, and a faculty or staff advisor, formally recognized to run events, competitions, and initiatives under the Office of Student Life and Alumni Affairs.
What you'll need to apply

An advisor — full-time AUK faculty or staff, with a title no higher than Director

President
Leads the club, upholds the constitution, and is its main spokesperson.
Secretary
Runs meetings, keeps minutes, and maintains club records.
Treasurer
Manages the club's budget, funds, and financial reporting.
Advisor
Guides the club, signs required forms, and attends advisor training.
